Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation, based in Liberty, SC, seeks a Product Technology Manager to educate customers and support PDE, PMO, and Sales teams. You will train personnel, answer complex technical questions, and lead documentation efforts for Reliable products.

The role requires extensive knowledge of NFPA standards, fire sprinkler systems, and construction drawings, with travel up to 50% and hands-on training responsibilities for designers and installers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in fire protection, mechanical technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fire sprinkler system design and installation.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and FM Global Loss Prevention Data Sheets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Answer technical questions on Reliable products submitted by telephone and email.
• Perform technical training for Reliable personnel.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Meet with customers to discuss use, features, and benefits of Reliable products.
• Provide technical presentations to industry associations and customers.
• Plan and execute hands-on and classroom training for sprinkler designers and installers.
• Troubleshoot Reliable products and support sales as needed.
