Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in fire protection, mechanical technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fire sprinkler system design and installation.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and FM Global Loss Prevention Data Sheets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions on Reliable products submitted by telephone and email.
• Perform technical training for Reliable personnel.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Meet with customers to discuss use, features, and benefits of Reliable products.
• Provide technical presentations to industry associations and customers.
• Plan and execute hands-on and classroom training for sprinkler designers and installers.
• Troubleshoot Reliable products and support sales as needed.
