Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to own the growth, profitability, and lifecycle performance of our Fire Suppression portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to optimize value and business results.

You’ll drive pricing, forecast, and portfolio profitability while identifying enhancements and end-of-life decisions. This is a high-visibility role with cross-functional impact and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Technical Sales, or related commercial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, sustaining improvements, or growth initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, portfolio performance, and lifecycle management for assigned core Fire Suppression categories.
• Drive revenue, market share, pricing, gross margin, forecasting, and product-line profitability.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing products through enhancements, extensions, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain on sustaining improvements, VA/VE, cost reduction, alternate materials, and supply continuity.
• Translate customer feedback, technical support trends, quality data, and competitive insights into product priorities.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for product investments, pricing actions, and portfolio changes.
• Lead commercialization and go-to-market support for product enhancements and new launches.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience on positioning, training, customer engagement, and channel initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
