Job summary

Levelpath, a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, seeks a Product Manager to join its New York, NY team. This full-time, onsite role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and leadership—owning outcomes from discovery through deployment.

You will collaborate with customers and executives to translate insights into roadmaps, work with engineering to ship features, and participate in demos. Occasional travel to Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with large enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand user pain points via check-in meetings, implementation feedback, support tickets, and product usage data.
• Distill user insights into clear problem statements and ranked product enhancements.
• Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to ship features and capabilities.
• Test complex releases, configure prospect demos, and fill gaps wherever the product needs you.
• Collaborate with leadership and customer teams in the New York office.
• Occasional travel to Europe.
