Core Responsibilities

• Customer insight: Understand user pain points via check-in meetings, implementation feedback, support tickets, and product usage data
• Prioritization: Distill user insights into clear problem statements and ranked product enhancements
• Engineering collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to ship features and capabilities
