Job summary

Levelpath is hiring a Sales Engineer to collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, and Product teams across complex integrations. You will translate customer requirements into scoped, feasible work, drive API-based and ERP integrations, and guide POVs to success while feeding insights back to Product and Engineering.

You will explain technical tradeoffs, ensure security and identity considerations, and help scale assets like reference architectures for repeated use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
• Background in implementation or product management.
• Hands-on API skills with ability to read docs, test calls, and reason through data flows.
• Experience integrating with ERP/enterprise systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Ariba).
• Practical fluency with AI in technical and business contexts with ability to explain workflows.
• Sound judgment on scope, balancing business value and technical effort.
• Knowledge of security and identity (SAML SSO, SCIM, encryption, SOC 2).
• Clear, effective communication to both procurement leaders and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations across the portfolio with customers and internal teams.
• Define integration approaches across ERP, P2P, CLM, HRIS, and identity systems.
• Advise on proofs of value and help define technical success criteria.
• Translate customer asks into scoped work aligned to business outcomes.
• Bridge field learnings to product and engineering for roadmap feedback.
• Set up delivery handoffs to ensure sale commitments carry through to go-live.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures and POV templates.
