Job summary

Rotary is seeking a Product Manager for the Digital Experience Platforms portfolio. You will own the product vision across the DXP and Enterprise Web Services, coordinating with Architecture, UX, and development teams to deliver a composable stack including Sitecore AI, Vercel, and RotaryUI.

You will shepherd backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive adoption of new capabilities while balancing architectural work and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of product management or technical product lead experience.
• Familiarity with Headless CMS, APIs, Microservices, Edge deployment.
• Experience managing Enterprise CMS/DXP platforms and frontend platforms (Sitecore preferred).
• Strong analytical and project management skills in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building consensus.
• Bonus: CSPO/CSM or Sitecore AI/Search or Vercel ecosystem experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DXP and Enterprise Web Services.
• Groom and maintain backlogs with Epics and Acceptance Criteria.
• Lead daily Agile ceremonies and coordinate Kanban/Scrum boards.
• Steward RotaryUI design system and component library with cross-team coordination.
• Balance new features with technical debt, platform upgrades, and infra optimizations.
• Drive adoption of Sitecore AI for personalization and intelligent search.
