Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Product & Experience in a hybrid Carlsbad, CA setting to shape ecommerce experiences across the customer journey. You will own discovery, requirements, and execution for mid-funnel and post-purchase areas, collaborating across UX/UI Design, Engineering, Site Experience, Brand & Creative, Analytics, and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

4-6+ years of product management experience in ecommerce/digital environments.
Strong product fundamentals: problem framing, requirements, prioritization, and launch.
Experience owning products/features in ecommerce with multiple customer journeys.
Autonomous with ability to partner with leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
Strong collaboration with UX/UI Design and Engineering; balance customer experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
Data-informed with analytics, feedback, experimentation to guide decisions.
Led product discovery and translated insights into actionable requirements.
Exposure to ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own product discovery, requirements, and execution for assigned ecommerce experiences, focusing on mid-funnel and post-purchase areas.
Translate needs and goals into opportunities, stories, requirements, and success metrics.
Partner with UX/UI Design to frame problems and guide discovery through design, development, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate with Engineering to clarify scope, support sprint planning, and ensure timely ships.
Coordinate with Site Experience, Brand & Creative, Analytics, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive, measurable experiences.
Support roadmap planning and prioritization based on impact, value, effort, dependencies, and learning goals.
Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and assess delivered impact.
