Job summary

Rotary International is seeking a Product Manager for the Digital Experience Platforms umbrella, focusing on a modern composable stack including Sitecore AI, Vercel, and RotaryUI. This role sits within IT Architecture, reporting to the Lead Architect and collaborating with business owners, architects, UX, and development teams to manage the product backlog and deliver solutions efficiently.

Qualifications

Must have degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in product management or tech lead roles.
Experience with Enterprise CMS/DXP and frontend platforms; Sitecore preferred.
Proven Agile/Scrum/Kanban leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DXP and Enterprise Web Services.
Own and groom backlogs; translate goals into Epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead daily Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross‑team delivery.
Steward RotaryUI design system and component library to align with DXP and business needs.
Balance new features with technical debt and platform upgrades.
Promote Sitecore AI personalization, intelligent search, and content optimization.
Champion Vercel and Headless Frontend for fast, high‑performing UX.
Serve as liaison between Business Owners and technical teams to unblock work.
Partner with Sitecore/Vercel to stay ahead of roadmaps.
