Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Product Manager to lead data and identity offerings for global, data-centric businesses. You will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial data products and align with our roadmap.

You will own day-to-day product decisions, collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing, and manage quarterly OKRs and KPIs to drive revenue, adoption, and quality. This role is remote/homebased with global scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.

Responsibilities

Fully own product strategy and execution within defined scope across teams.
Define and execute the product roadmap aligned to strategy and goals.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, privacy, and legal to ensure requirements are addressed.
Manage product backlog, user stories, and prioritization; drive KPIs and OKRs.
Lead cross-functional efforts to launch and adopt new data capabilities.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement based on metrics.
