Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to deliver data and identity products for data-centric businesses worldwide. You will lead strategy, gather requirements from global stakeholders, and partner with engineering to drive product development and performance.

You will own day-to-day product decisions, define quarterly OKRs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and privacy/compliance teams to ensure successful product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Background in product development or data products.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data-intensive products.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Snowflake, DataBricks) preferred.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product backlog including user stories and prioritization.
• Defines and executes the product roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Drives revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency through product plans.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Partners with Sales and Marketing for launches and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement.
