Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to drive data and identity products for our global data-centric business. You will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define offerings, manage a product roadmap, and deliver commercial value.

You will operate as a product owner within a defined scope, coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure performance targets and OKRs are met while aligning with privacy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope.
• Provides guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates.
• Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a single product, sub-product, or defined capability.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy.
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency).
• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Supports research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Escalates complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment-related considerations to senior product leadership.
