Responsibilities

• Own home screen and core navigation, shaping it into a proactive ML-driven surface.
• Develop feedback loops with users to identify issues and opportunities across CoreUX surfaces.
• Articulate vision, roadmap and results to team, stakeholders and executives.
• Set OKRs and stretch goals aligned with wage access and design system adoption.
• Collaborate with Design to evolve EarnIn's design system across surfaces.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data analysts.
• Define and track metrics like activation, design system adoption and performance.
• Leverage research, competitive analysis and data to prioritize opportunities.
• Drive AI-native operations and accelerate workflows from insight to shipped experiments.
• Ship features quickly and iterate with engineering across mobile and web platforms.
