Job summary

Glean is seeking a PM Lead to drive product strategy and execution while growing a team of product managers. You will deliver best-in-class tools for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge.

We’ve only taken the first step toward an intelligent work assistant, and we need leaders to take us the rest of the way. We’re a lean team, so you’ll shape both the product roadmap and the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies
• Experience serving large enterprises and cross-functional surfaces
• Experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to understand knowledge needs
• Develop parts of the product roadmap aligning customer needs with vision
• Empower the team with context, direction, and alignment
• Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, GTM teams, and stakeholders
• Build scalable processes to support growth
