Job summary

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to build scalable experiences and metrics-driven outcomes, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and data analysis in pursuit of a better financial position for EarnIn’s community.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology company.
• Strong product/design sense with craft and growth emphasis.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improve metrics.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed decisions based on constraints.
• Deep user empathy and experience building products around user needs.
• Ability to create rapid experimentation culture to accelerate learning.
• Ability to influence across teams to deliver against goals.
• Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative ideas.
• Fluent with AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the home screen and core navigation experience, ML-orchestrated to show the right next step.
• Establish feedback loops with community members and surface issues across CoreUX surfaces.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results to product team and execs.
• Define OKRs and stretch goals aligned with company goals like wage access activation and design system adoption.
• Raise design quality and user experience by collaborating with Design on the design system.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and scale home screen, navigation, and discovery surfaces.
• Monitor metrics like activation, design system adoption, and platform performance.
• Leverage user research and data to identify opportunities for cross-surface governance.
• Champion AI-native operations and use AI tools to move from insight to shipped experiments.
• Design, develop, and execute features and experiments with mobile and web delivery.
