Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Partnerships Conversions Product team in Chicago. You will help transform image conversion workflows, reduce onboarding disruption, and deliver customer-centered solutions at scale across imaging, data, servicing, and core processing domains.

You’ll partner with design, tech, data science, and business stakeholders to shape features, test hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and experience for customers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience.
• Experience with agile delivery.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to minimize disruption during onboarding new credit card portfolios.
• Lead the transformation of Image Conversion Services to improve customer and agent experience.
• Collaborate across Enterprise Imaging, Data Management, Front-/Back-Office Servicing, and Core Processing.
• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap to deliver business value.
