Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead transformation of partnership conversions in McLean, VA. You will own strategy, drive features and capabilities to enable AI-ready conversions, and lead a team of product managers within the Discover backbook conversion program.

You will partner with leadership to translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, deliver measurable outcomes, and influence major results across Capital One's Partnerships business

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related).
Or Bachelor's degree in any field plus 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

Own the Strategy: Drive the development and delivery of features and capabilities that position our Conversion services to be AI-ready.
Lead a team of Product Managers driving key outcomes and experiences as part of the Conversion program.
Lead the creation of next-generation software to make Conversions easier and faster.
