Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management in Chicago to own post-acquisition customer experiences within Partnerships. You will work with design, technology, data science and marketing to launch new spend experiences for cardholders.

You will translate strategy into features, manage roadmaps, and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to ensure business impact while delivering high-quality customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Owns and shapes post-acquisition customer experiences within Partnerships.
• Designs, builds and launches new customer-facing capabilities to drive initial spend.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across design, tech, product, marketing and external partners.
• Drives feature roadmaps using hypothesis-driven assessment of data and delivers business value.
