Job summary

Everlywell offers a fast-paced product environment focused on consumer health experiences. As Product Manager for Consumer, you'll own the funnel from checkout to lifecycle, driving conversion, retention, and repeat purchase through weekly experiments and data-informed decisions.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Product on strategy, translate bets into specs, and ship high-impact features that move metrics while balancing craft and user empathy.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally consumer/e-commerce.
• Proven results moving conversion or retention metrics.
• Deep experimentation experience: A/B testing, statistical rigor, tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
• Execution muscle: ship fast, unblock cross-functional partners, and avoid stalls.
• Strong analytics fluency: Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, SQL to reach answers.
• Sharp prioritization: size opportunities and trade-offs that hold up under scrutiny.
• Customer-driven instincts: talk to users, watch replays, surface actionable signals.
• Design and craft sensibility: details matter and collaborate with design.
• Clear communicator and writer: specs engineers can build and one-pagers align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Consumer funnel performance: checkout, results experiences, member portal, post-purchase, lifecycle.
• Lead the experimentation program with high cadence and statistical rigor.
• Roadmap execution: translate strategy into specs, sequencing, and shipped product.
• Scope and ship 0-to-1 bets alongside Director of Product.
• Cross-functional execution across design, engineering, marketing, and CX.
• Surface customer signals from users, session replays, and support tickets.
