Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for compliance-related capabilities of our agentic AI platform. You will translate regulatory requirements into concrete product and engineering work, and partner with security, legal, and customer-facing teams in a modern agile/CI-CD environment.
Own the product roadmap for identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models, while driving audit readiness and governance across federal and industry
Qualifications
- Experience shipping SaaS products in regulated environments.
- Proven ability translating compliance/audit requirements into product work.
- Strong written and executive communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Own the product roadmap for compliance-related capabilities (identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, secure deployment).
- Translate regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) into actionable engineering work.
- Partner with security and engineering to embed compliance into the development pipeline.
- Collaborate with security/infrastructure on FIPS 140-3, TIC, and NIST 800-53 requirements.
