Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Manager for Compliance Products to own the roadmap for trust, security, and governance features within our agentic AI platform. You will translate regulatory requirements into concrete product specs and collaborate with security, legal, and engineering teams to deliver auditable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Product management in a SaaS environment with roadmaps
- Experience delivering compliant AI/ML or agentic platforms
- Experience embedding regulatory requirements into development cycles
- Experience working with security, legal, and compliance teams
- Strong technical fluency for architecture and security discussions
- Excellent written communication and executive summaries
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for compliance‑relevant capabilities: identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, secure deployment
- Translate regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) into actionable specs
- Partner with security and engineering to embed compliance in the development pipeline
- Coordinate with security, TIC, NIST 800-53 and other government security mandates
- Support audit readiness with legal and compliance teams
- Write PRDs and acceptance criteria and define success metrics for compliance features
- Prioritize roadmap balancing regulatory needs with platform velocity
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and solutions engineering for enterprise needs
