Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for trust, security, and compliance capabilities of its agentic AI platform. You will translate FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and other frameworks into concrete product requirements, working with engineering, legal, and security teams in an agile environment.

You will drive audit readiness, write PRDs, and define success metrics, balancing enterprise requirements with platform velocity.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in a SaaS environment and owning roadmaps.
• Experience with AI/ML products, agentic systems, or autonomous platforms with governance requirements.
• Experience embedding regulatory/compliance requirements (FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA) into development.
• Experience in agile development with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to partner with security, legal, and compliance teams and operate in audit cycles.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture and security discussions.
• Exceptional written communication for PRDs and executive summaries.
• Strong stakeholder management to align diverse teams around a roadmap.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving company culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for compliance-relevant capabilities (identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, secure deployment).
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Partner with security and engineering to build compliance into the development pipeline.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure on FIPS, TIC, NIST 800-53 mandates.
• Support audit readiness with legal, security, and compliance teams.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define success metrics for compliance features.
