Dynamo AI is seeking a Product Manager for AI Governance & Compliance in San Francisco. You will define how legal, risk and compliance teams participate in policy writing, guardrail creation, and audit-ready processes, aligning workflows with enterprise buying dynamics.

You will architect product workflows that fit regulatory participation into existing decision-making and build evidence records for defense in examinations, while expanding to later areas like risk tiering and procurement reviews.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience in GRC, regtech, legal tech, risk management or enterprise workflow software.
• Experience working directly with legal, risk, compliance or audit teams at large enterprises.
• Track record of bringing a team into a new process or responsibility it did not previously own.
• Understanding of enterprise decision-making: budget holders, reviewers and approvers.
• Knowledge of regulated models and AI governance frameworks (SR 11-7, EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Ability to discuss model risk, evaluations, and guardrails with engineers and non-technical reviewers.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for legal/risk review materials.
• Willingness to spend 4–6 weeks per year at customer sites.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for legal, risk and compliance workflows against defined customer problems and success metrics.
• Map each customer's stakeholders and secure participation through the buyer.
• Design and run engagement models with customers and translate into product.
• Lead engagements with model risk, compliance, legal and privacy teams and present to senior stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements with engineering and research.
• Collaborate with DynamoEval and DynamoGuard PMs on policies, evidence and reporting.
• Track AI regulation and assess changes for customers and the roadmap.
