Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Product Manager for Compliance Products to own the roadmap for trust, security, and governance capabilities of our AI platform. You will translate FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA and other frameworks into concrete product requirements, working with engineering, security, and legal teams in a modern CI/CD environment.

You will build and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partner with sales and customer success, and drive a roadmap balancing regulatory needs

Qualifications

• Proven product owner with SaaS experience delivering compliant roadmaps.
• Experience translating FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA and privacy standards into requirements.
• Ability to partner with security, legal and compliance teams and auditors.
• Strong technical conversations with engineers on architecture and controls.
• Exceptional written communication for PRDs and exec summaries.
• Demonstrated stakeholder alignment across engineering, legal, security, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for compliance-relevant capabilities including identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models.
• Translate regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable product/engineering requirements.
• Partner with security and engineering to embed compliance into the development pipeline.
• Work with security/infrastructure teams on FIPS 140-3, TIC, NIST 800-53 and related mandates.
• Support audit readiness with legal, security and compliance to provide required evidence.
