Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for trust, security, and compliance capabilities of our agentic AI platform. You will translate regulatory requirements into concrete product strategy, collaborate with security and engineering teams, and drive audit-readiness across enterprise and government customers.

Ideal candidates bring SaaS product leadership in regulated environments, deep familiarity with FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and related privacy frameworks, and

Qualifications

• Product management experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience with AI/ML products, agentic systems, or platforms with autonomous decision-making components
• Experience embedding regulatory/compliance requirements into product development
• Experience with agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience partnering with security, legal, and compliance teams and operating in audit cycles
• Strong technical fluency for architecture, security controls, and infra trade-offs
• Exceptional written communication and ability to write PRDs and executive summaries

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for compliance-related capabilities (identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, secure deployment)
• Translate regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) into actionable product and engineering tasks
• Partner with security and engineering to build compliance into the development pipeline
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to meet FIPS 140-3, TIC, and NIST 800-53 requirements
• Support audit readiness with legal and compliance teams and produce necessary evidence and controls
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define success metrics and report progress to leadership
• Prioritize roadmap balancing enterprise/regulatory needs with platform velocity and customer needs
• Partner with sales, customer success, and solutions engineering to support enterprise and government customers
