Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for compliance capabilities across identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models.

You will translate FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements into actionable PRDs and user stories, partnering with security, legal, and engineering teams to build auditable, scalable features in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product features meeting compliance and audit requirements.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Collaborates with security, legal and engineering teams in agile environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into PRDs and user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for compliance features: identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, secure deployment.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product and engineering tasks.
• Partner with security and engineering to embed compliance into development pipelines.
• Support audit readiness with evidence and controls documentation.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define success metrics.
• Prioritize roadmap balancing regulatory needs with platform velocity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and solutions engineering for enterprise/government customers.
