Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for MeridianLink Collect, a cloud-based collections platform serving credit unions and community banks. You will partner with engineering, UX, Sales, and Compliance to translate market needs into clear requirements and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end — discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
• Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices (Jobs-to-Be-Done, continuous discovery, etc.).
• Analytical mindset — comfortable using data and product analytics tools to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep customer empathy — you've invested real time understanding users and translated those insights into shipped improvements.
• Comfort operating in a regulated product domain where a design decision can create compliance exposure for a customer.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for MeridianLink Collect, our cloud-based collections and recovery platform.
• Lead continuous discovery with financial institutions to identify high-value problems worth solving.
• Write crisp PRDs and user stories covering the full delinquency lifecycle from early outreach to post-charge-off recovery.
• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a healthy backlog aligned to team OKRs.
• Define and monitor product KPIs that matter in collections and use them to inform prioritization.
