Job summary

Capital One's Card Customer Resiliency team seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead web and mobile experiences for Collections and Recoveries. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with design, marketing, operations, compliance and data science to shape a resilient customer journey.

You will drive a unified roadmap, balance urgent delivery with long-term experimentation, and partner across functions to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Collections and Recoveries Web and Mobile experiences.
• Partner with design, marketing, operations, compliance, data scientists, and analysts to shape the future CR journey.
• Manage two web teams and two mobile teams as a product leader.
• Balance short-term needs with experimentation for long-term value.
