Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Customer Resiliency team’s Web and Mobile experiences for Collections and Recoveries. You will partner with design, marketing, operations, compliance, data science, and analysts to shape the customer journey and drive substantial business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, Mechanical Eng, Information Systems or related); Business or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
