Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Product Manager to partner with product and business teams, defining solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. You will drive roadmaps, gather requirements, write user stories, and verify development outputs across cross-functional teams.

You will lead with data, define KPIs, and monitor product performance, ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery while collaborating with QE, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with relevant experience as described in duties
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Experience in Validation System support, Good Manufacturing Practices, QA, and Supply Chain
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support product teams on low to medium complexity projects.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with QE, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Maintain requirements docs, SOPs, and design reviews.
• Backlog grooming and prioritization in line with product strategy and OKRs.
