Responsibilities

• Define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate needs into high-level requirements for low to medium complexity work.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure delivery team understanding.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance with data-driven decisions.
• Maintain documentation: gap analyses, process charts, BRD and related artifacts.
• Collaborate with QE to ensure quality and test planning.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for product development and launch.
• Manage product backlog and align with OKRs.
