Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM. You will lead end-to-end workflow design, testing, and implementation, and act as the primary contact for end users.

Collaborate with QE, engineering, and business teams, mentor analysts, and drive KPIs and continuous improvement while working onsite up to four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM environment.
• Lead and mentor analysts, providing guidance and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
