Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience in Validation System support, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer for a product area and translate needs into high-level requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure understanding by the delivery team.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance to drive data-driven decisions.
• Maintain documentation such as gap analyses, process flows, and BRDs to support analytics tools.
• Collaborate with QE to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability; support test planning.
• Support backlog grooming and prioritization aligned with product strategy and OKRs.
