Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience in Validation System support, GMP, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate needs into high-level requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance with data-driven decisions.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; participate in design reviews and walk-throughs.
• Work with QE to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop backlog grooming and prioritization aligned with OKRs.
• Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in squad ceremonies and review completed work.
