Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 4-7 years of product management experience with ownership of complex cross-functional products.
• Background in incentive systems, compensation design, or variable pay mechanics.
• Comfort with payment complexity across state requirements and pay classifications.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Clinician Payments portfolio including variable compensation engine, MySignify Pay, OCC Pay Module, and time tracking.
• Design and drive the variable compensation engine and define reusable incentive infrastructure.
• Navigate a high-complexity stakeholder map across Payroll, Ops, HR, Legal, Finance, and Comms.
• Write specs that engineers can execute and translate business requirements into technical definitions.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to define how incentive effectiveness is measured and connect spend to outcomes.
• Manage distinctions between 1099 and W2 clinicians in product architecture.
• Define and track KPIs linking product decisions to deployment and pay outcomes.
• Conduct discovery with clinicians and finance to surface cost drivers of the current process.
