This remote, US-based role partners with Ops, Finance, HR and Legal to design and ship a unified framework for incentive spend and clinician pay visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Background in incentive systems or variable pay.
• Understanding of FT/PT classification and state pay regulations.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Hands-on technical depth; write unambiguous specs.
• Strong data orientation and ability to measure incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap for Clinician Payments portfolio.
• Design and drive the Variable Compensation Engine.
• Navigate a multi-stakeholder map with payroll, ops, HR, legal, finance, and communications.
• Write specs that engineers can execute with confidence.
