Job summary

Activate Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the claims management system roadmap, collaborating with an existing Product Owner to deliver value for customers and internal brands.

You will liaise with customers and stakeholders to validate features, work with QA, UX/UI and data teams to maintain high-quality, intuitive platforms, and help shape the product strategy in a fast-growing UK business environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, InsurTech or claims technology.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.

• The platform supports customers including First Central and Arval, and internal brands sopp+sopp and ACS.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with QA, UX/UI and data teams to ensure the platform remains high quality and intuitive.
