Job summary

Activate Group is a UK-based company that manages the repair journey for drivers involved in road incidents, collaborating with fleets, insurers and vehicle manufacturers. The role focuses on managing non-fault motor claims from end to end, identifying damages and maximizing recovery opportunities.

You will negotiate with insurers and third-party agents, maintain comprehensive records, and strive to settle claims quickly and fairly, delivering strong customer service and proactive workload

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery or claims management is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
