Job summary
Activate Group is seeking a Product Manager - Claims to join our Product team, focusing on the claims management system used across our brands and customers. You will help own the roadmap, engage with customers and internal stakeholders, and translate strategy into high-quality, scalable solutions.
Working closely with the Head of Product and development teams, you will drive value, ensure measurable outcomes, and shape best practices as we build a dedicated Product function.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, ideally SaaS or insurtech.
- Proven track record delivering products from concept to market.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication translating technical concepts to business language.
- Experience collaborating with agile software development teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for claims management.
- Define and prioritise requirements based on customer needs.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders for feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Head of Product and dev teams to translate roadmaps into features.
- Ensure quality with QA, UX/UI and data teams.
- Monitor market trends and identify automation opportunities.
