Lendable Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to join the Central Operations team to enhance how operational teams serve customers at scale in the UK and US. You will build tools, automation and data workflows to speed up and standardise customer service across product lines.

Hybrid role with close collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Data Science and Risk. You will own prioritisation and delivery of internal tooling, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering internal tools, operational products or automation.
• Strong understanding of customer operations, contact centres or regulated processes.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into prioritised action.
• Experience defining measurable outcomes and validating solutions with pilots or experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Own discovery, prioritisation and delivery for operational tooling and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.
• Translate problems into clear product opportunities, requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and ops SMEs to implement solutions.
• Lead initiatives across complaints, fraud, AI-assisted service, dashboards and data infra.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on insights.
• Support pilots before scaling automation or AI capabilities.
• Coordinate dependencies across product teams (motor, loans, cards).
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.
