Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Product Manager for Care Delivery to build the EHR and clinical tooling, provider workflows, and data/billing infrastructure. You will own defined capabilities, drive them from problem to shipped, and collaborate with engineering, clinical, design, and operations.

You’ll be part of a high-leverage team reporting to the Group Product Manager, Care Delivery, working with providers and cross-functional partners to ensure reliable, scalable care delivery across Maven’s

Qualifications

3+ years in product management, ideally in healthcare tech or complex domains.
Strong data instincts: define metrics, use real datasets, communicate findings clearly.
Clear, direct communication and cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with clinical and engineering reviews.

Responsibilities

Own Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end: provider workflows, documentation, messaging, scheduling, billing infrastructure.
Make crisp product decisions balancing clinical accuracy and provider experience.
Prototype with AI tools to test ideas and build AI-powered features where they improve care delivery.
Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operations to ship reliable platform capabilities.
Translate regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., HEDIS, coding) into clean experiences.
Instrument and iterate based on data; build reusable platform primitives.
