Maven Clinic is hiring a Product Manager to build the Care Delivery platform, including EHR tooling, provider workflows, messaging, and data/billing infrastructure. You will own specific platform capabilities from problem to ship, partnering with engineering, clinical, design, and operations to ensure scalable, high-quality care delivery.

You will report to the Group Product Manager, Care Delivery, collaborating with Clinical Product, Member Experience, Operations, and the Data and AI Platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with healthcare tech or complex domain experience.
• Strong executor: can ship from ambiguous problems.
• Solid data instincts: define metrics and analyze real datasets.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity: understand domain fast (FHIR, EHR).
• Clear, direct communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: experience with EHR/EMR, clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability, provider tools.

Responsabilités

• Own Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end, including provider workflows and billing infrastructure.
• Make crisp product decisions where clinical accuracy and provider experience matter.
• Prototype with AI to test ideas and build AI-powered capabilities.
• Partner daily with engineering and design to ship reliable platform features.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into clean product experiences.
• Instrument shipped features, monitor performance, and iterate with data.
• Build reusable platform primitives for multiple programs.
• Bring a point of view on AI in care delivery workflows.
