Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Product Manager to help build the Care Delivery platform, covering the EHR, clinical tooling, provider workflows, messaging, and data/billing infrastructure. You will own defined capabilities from problem to shipped, partnering with engineering, clinical, design, and operations.

This is a high-leverage role that touches every Maven program. You’ll report to the Group Product Manager, Care Delivery, and collaborate with providers, Clinical Product, Member Experience,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in healthcare tech or a regulated domain.
• Ability to define metrics, work with real data, and communicate findings clearly to clinical and commercial audiences.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity; eager to learn domain fast (FHIR, interoperability, EHR workflows).

Responsibilities

• Own Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end, provider workflows, clinical docs, messaging, scheduling and billing infrastructure.
• Make crisp, data-driven product decisions balancing clinical accuracy and provider experience.
• Use AI tools to prototype and test ideas, and ship AI-powered features where they improve care delivery.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical and operations to ship reliable platform capabilities.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into clean product experiences with measurable value.
• Instrument shipped features, monitor performance, and iterate based on data.
• Build reusable platform primitives serving multiple programs.
• Bring a vision for AI to improve care delivery workflows.
