Job summary

Maven Clinic is transforming access to care with AI-powered design across its virtual care and provider tooling. As Senior Staff Product Designer, you will own complex provider experiences, define the design vision, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives in a healthcare context.

You will shape AI behaviors in high-stakes settings, build scalable prototypes, and mentor other designers while aligning with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data.

Qualifications

• AI tools daily with strong prompting and synthesis skills.
• Able to turn ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience shipping code to production and understanding backend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience across provider tooling and virtual clinic initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Define how AI should behave in high-stakes contexts to build trust and reduce uncertainty.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and push teams beyond static mockups.
