Job summary

Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the borrower servicing experience and report to the Senior PM for Servicing.

You will drive analytics, requirements, and end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to improve how thousands of borrowers manage, repay, and interact with their loans. You will also optimize operations, partner onboarding, and platform configuration, while using AI tools to accelerate your work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product management with real ownership of outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to frame problems and translate them into executable requirements.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to partner with design.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Clear, structured communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with third-party platforms or vendors to ship product changes.
• Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools to accelerate research and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features with intuitive experiences for managing, repaying, and staying on track with loans.
