Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing or data-driven products.
• Ability to define MVP scope and sequence roadmaps in phases amidst ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec updates and detailed specs.
• Fintech, mortgage, or real estate industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the borrower experience product strategy and deliver a sequenced, shippable roadmap from current state.
• Prioritize roadmaps using customer data, market context, and business goals.
• Maintain alignment across engineering, design, and data teams from sprint rituals to exec updates.
• Make tradeoffs with incomplete data and evolving systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Unblock the team proactively and define success by measurable outcomes, not just features shipped.
