Job summary

Smiley Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Loans to lead the planning, design, and delivery of loan-related products across the lifecycle.

You will bridge customer needs, banking operations, compliance, and engineering to ensure successful implementations. You will work with client banks, internal teams, and vendors to define requirements, MVPs, and acceptance criteria while navigating regulatory considerations and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, CS, IS, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in direct banking/fintech or 6+ years in banking/fintech with lending expertise.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned lending products from concept through implementation and support.
• Gathers and prioritizes business requirements for features and initiatives.
• Collaborates with customers and stakeholders to identify product improvements and opportunities.
• Participates in product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Ensures regulatory and compliance requirements are considered throughout the lifecycle.
