Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in fintech/loan servicing.
• Own end-to-end discovery to delivery for borrower-facing features.
• Strong UX sensibility and ability to communicate design intent clearly.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to measure outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with bank/credit union partners to ship changes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to accelerate research.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features with intuitive experiences.
• Partner with lender implementation teams to translate requirements for credit unions/banks.
• Maintain and evolve servicing platform configuration (loan settings, borrower communications).
• Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow (drafting documents, research synthesis, data analysis).
• Develop knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursements workflows.
