Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a contract Product Manager - Loan Servicing for our fintech client in San Francisco. This hybrid role requires onsite Tue-Thu in SF, with remote work the rest. 6-month contract with potential extensions.

You will lead roadmap for lending capabilities, onboard partners, define new loan types, and ensure the servicing platform supports growth while complying with regulations. 5+ years PM experience in lending or fintech preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2–3 years focused on loan servicing, payments, partnerships, or fintech platform expansion.
• Experience launching new loan products, integrating lending partners, or expanding into new lending verticals.
• Experience integrating large-scale or legacy systems, or onboarding external partners into servicing platforms, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the roadmap for expanding lending capabilities into new product areas and loan types.
• Define requirements for onboarding partners, ensuring servicing and origination systems support terms.
• Partner with engineering to integrate new partner systems and onboarding for new loan types.
• Identify gaps in servicing data flows and modernize the loan servicing platform where needed.
• Lead the definition and delivery of new loan type capabilities and reporting standards.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for onboarding and servicing workflows and execute the roadmap.
• Prioritize and deliver capabilities to support launches, new product types, regulatory changes, and improved borrower experiences.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and data protection.
