Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Product Manager to own backoffice cloud data processing solutions, guiding strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for market-leading systems. You will partner with product, operations, engineering, IT, and sales to drive innovation while controlling cost and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will join a product squad, own discovery, validate customer problems, and drive a roadmap aligned to business impact.

Qualifications

3–7 years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes.
Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
Ability to operate in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design peers.
Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries and willingness to learn new domains.
Active use of AI tools to enhance discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messages to audiences.
Strong critical thinking and bias toward evidence over opinion.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous customer discovery, including interviews and data analysis, to validate problems.
Frame problems with clarity and evidence to guide the team on what matters.
Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap based on outcomes and metrics.
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility; make tough prioritization calls.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
Own the problem end-to-end and document reasoning and outcomes.
