Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a visionary VP of Product, Government Solutions to steer a strategic transformation from project-based delivery to a durable Product Operating Model. You will own outcomes across Government Solutions, coordinating Product, Engineering and Design across hardware, AI, SaaS and services to deliver high-reliability government offerings.

You will mentor product leaders, champion customer-centric discovery, and drive measurable growth and profitability while maintaining

Qualifications

10+ years of product leadership experience in a tech-enabled or software environment.
Transformation of feature-team organizations into empowered product teams.
GovTech, transportation, public safety or regulated markets experience preferred.
Ability to connect product KPIs to financial outcomes for executive stakeholders.
Deep understanding of modern platform architectures and APIs.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Government Solutions.
Coach and develop product leaders across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design).
Lead platform modernization and governance to deliver outcome-driven products.
Navigate government procurement, compliance, and business viability considerations.
Align product objectives with organizational priorities and customer outcomes.
Influence executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive enterprise value.
